Interprogetti Genova is a private Engineering Company established in 1991. In 2003 the Company was sold to Crescendo Holding Ltd of London, a joint venture between RINA Group and CTC-Charles Taylor Consulting, whilst the management was maintained by the former promoting Partners. In 2007 the Company was split into the Marine and the Industrial divisions. The latter was subsequently handed over to other interests while Interprogetti Genova continued operating exclusively in the marine field offering design and advice services. On May 2010 the entire Company’s share parcel was bought back by the Top Managers. In 2011... the best is yet to come! |
